Devotional:

Every word is a seed. When we speak, we plant something—in someone’s heart, in the atmosphere, in our own spirit. Will it be life or death? Words of encouragement, affirmation, and kindness are life-giving. But criticism, judgment, or negativity are like poison. You have the power to shift someone’s entire day with your speech. Stewarding your mouth means being intentional about sowing life wherever you go.

Journal Questions:

• Whose life can you speak into today?

• What words have others spoken over you that shaped you?

• What would it look like to be known as a life-speaker?

Choose three people today and speak life over them. It can be a compliment, a thank-you, or an encouraging word.

Prayer:

Jesus, I want to speak life the way You do. Fill my heart with Your joy and love so that it overflows in my words. Let me be a source of healing and hope everywhere I go. Amen.
